Guided by mountaineer and explorer Orianne Aymard, alongside certified Wim Hof Method facilitation, this experience combines breathwork, cold immersion, storytelling, and cinematic exploration into a transformational gathering designed to reconnect body, mind, and spirit. Guests will discover how conscious breathing can positively influence the nervous system, improve resilience, and support greater presence both on and off the field. Presented in partnership with Breevr, specialists in nasal breathing performance through innovative nose widener patches, the evening will include practical breathing exercises and an introduction to techniques that can be easily integrated into daily life. As the final major tournament of the summer, the event combines competitive polo with the vibrant social spirit that defines the Geneva Polo Club community.
