Move at your own pace between the light lounge yurt with dream Machine & infrared light, the traditional banya sauna, hot bath and cold plunge, and soothing sensory experiences. At 21:00, come together for an immersive sound bath by LIGHTWAVES. Four hours to slow down, unwind and reconnect in a warm, intimate setting. POLO, PHOTOGRAPHY & CHAMPAGNE A Vernissage by Jan Melichar An evening dedicated to polo, photography and the art of the sporting life. Geneva Polo Club invites you to an intimate vernissage in the heart of Geneva’s Old Town, presenting the work of photographer Jan Melichar. Through his lens, polo is captured beyond the game: horses and players, movement and stillness, tradition and elegance, and the quiet relationship between horse and rider. Join us for an evening of photography, conversation and polo culture, with Champagne Carbon served chilled. Set in the GPC Town Office as the Old Town prepares for the historic Cortège de l’Escalade 1602, the evening opens a distinctly Genevan winter weekend. Polo. Photography. Champagne. Old Town Geneva. ABOUT JAN MELICHAR Born in former Czechoslovakia, Jan Melichar discovered photography in the 1980s through his father’s fully manual Praktica camera and a homemade darkroom. He later refined his eye as a correspondent for the Czech Press Agency before developing a career in sports and equine photography. His work searches for the moments where art meets adrenaline, capturing not only the speed and intensity of polo, but its subtler details: grace, instinct, character, and the often invisible bond between horse and rider. @janmelichar
