Move at your own pace between the light lounge yurt with dream Machine & infrared light, the traditional banya sauna, hot bath and cold plunge, and soothing sensory experiences. At 21:00, come together for an immersive sound bath by LIGHTWAVES. Four hours to slow down, unwind and reconnect in a warm, intimate setting. Follow your own rhythm, then settle into a shared sound journey. Tea & light fare will also be served throughout the evening.
