A Holistic Space Experience led by Orianne Aymard
Join us at The Holistic Space for an immersive afternoon and evening exploring resilience, breath, cold exposure, and the human capacity to transcend perceived limits.
Guided by mountaineer and explorer Orianne Aymard, alongside certified Wim Hof Method facilitation, this experience combines breathwork, cold immersion, storytelling, and cinematic exploration into a transformational gathering designed to reconnect body, mind, and spirit.
The Experience
❄️ Cold Plunge Immersion & Breathwork
An experiential workshop inspired by the Wim Hof Method.
Participants will explore:
The science and benefits of conscious breathing
Nervous system regulation and stress resilience
Guided breathwork session
Cold immersion experience
Techniques for focus, energy, recovery, and emotional balance
No prior experience required.
The session is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
🏔 Resilience Keynote — Beyond the Summit
Following the immersion, Orianne Aymard will share stories and insights from her ascents of Everest and Lhotse, reflecting on:
Mental resilience under extreme conditions
Fear, endurance, and inner transformation
The parallels between mountains and everyday life

An intimate conversation and Q&A will follow.
